Oglum – Episode 8

Oglum - Ilyas and Melike Ozyyrek live in Sile with their daughter, Ceren, and their six-year-old son, Kaan. One evening, Melike is thrilled to receive her first salary. Caught up in the excitement, she stops to look in shop windows and ends up running late to pick Kaan up after school. While he waits for his mother in the school garden, Kaan spots a hedgehog and follows it all the way to a nearby park. At the same time, Efe, the 12-year-old son of Zeynep and Tugrul, is in the park. Disconnected from his family, Efe spends much of his time immersed in computer games, and has no friends other than those he finds there. When he realizes that Kaan has gone missing, the two boys set off for the police station. Meanwhile, Melike and Ilyas anxiously search the streets of Sile for their son. Then they receive news of a devastating event—one that will change their lives forever. Nothing will ever be the same again... This is, Oglum (My Son).
