Her only close friend, Leyla, is a police officer Mona has known since their days in the orphanage. Although Leyla wants to help, a secret mission prevents her from offering Mona a place to stay, leaving Mona with few options. In the end, she accepts an offer from Yakup, her colleague who was there when she became homeless, and moves into his apartment as a tenant. Yet her fresh start is nothing like the peaceful new beginning she imagined.
