Kefaret

Kefaret – Zeynep seems to have the life she always dreamed of: she teaches at a high school in a small town, shares a happy home with her husband, Ahmet, a doctor, and is raising their two young children. But her peaceful world is shattered when her daughter suddenly disappears. As Zeynep’s life unravels and everything she holds dear slips from her grasp, she refuses to give up hope. With the support of Sinan, a talented young commissioner recently transferred from Istanbul, she finds the strength to carry on and keep searching for her child. Yet every attempt to uncover the truth leads nowhere. Desperate for answers, Zeynep finally takes a daring and unexpected step—one that brings her face to face with a reality she could never have imagined.

This is, Kefaret (Atonement).
