Fatmagul – Episode 16

Fatmagul - Fatmagul is beautiful, innocent, and trusting, and she is eagerly looking forward to building a life with Mustafa, her childhood sweetheart and fiancé. But the future she has imagined is shattered on the night of their engagement ceremony. As she is leaving Mustafa, three young men stop her and begin treating the encounter as a cruel game, never imagining—or caring—that their actions will soon turn into a horrific assault. One by one, the three men rape Fatmagul, leaving her to face the devastating aftermath alone. Mustafa ends their engagement, and the pain of the attack is made even harder to bear when Fatmagul is pressured into marrying one of the men responsible in order to protect her family’s honour. Her life is changed forever, but her story is also one of survival, resilience, and the struggle to reclaim her future. This is, Fatmagul (What is Fatmagul's Fault).
