In the midst of this desperate struggle to survive in Cyprus, Turkey sends a secret mission to the island, setting events in motion that will alter the course of the crisis in Nicosia. Ankara becomes a secret hero on the island, while his fiancée is left separated from him and their love is tested by distance and uncertainty. Woven together with the Dereli family’s fight for survival, their stories bring together heartbreak, longing, courage, and the determination to keep going.
